Production Manager: Must Have Experience in the Packaging Industry (Cardboard Manufacturing)

Gross Monthly salary of R30 000.00 – R40 000.00 depending on experience.
Duties And Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Manage and prioritize the production of high quality packaging consistently through improvement and innovation.
• Ensure delivery of sustainable cost effective, fit for purpose, packaging
• Improve speed of service delivery avoiding production errors or loss.
• Ensure production lines run smoothly with minimum downtime.
Staff Management:
• Day to day supervision of factory staff.
• Conducting periodical performance reviews.
• Communicating with management regarding staff related issues and resolving grievances.
• Dispute resolution.
• PPE and safe working environment
Competencies/ Skills:
• Competent team manager with good leadership skills
• Able to work with production forecasts
• Understanding corrugated manufacturing processes is a Must.
