Process purchase orders and sales invoices
Writing out and process delivery notes
Manage loading lists
Manage Stock sheets
Complete and process Credit Requests
Filing of documents and keeping various spreadsheets up to date
General Stock control
Manage Consignment stock /partake and assist with stock take
Monthly fuel recons
Occupational Health a Safety duties
Knowledge of basic accounting functions like Cash book, Debtors, Creditors
