Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant

Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant: Bedford View.
At least 10 years Bookkeeping experience.
The candidate should be English speaking as the home language, should have at least 10 years bookkeeping experience with the ability to take the accounts to trial balance. Knowledge of Pastel Partner is a prerequisite as well as the following:
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Take the accounts to trial balance.
• Bookkeeping and Accounting Software skills
• Experience with Finance and Accounting principles
• Prepare invoices for accounts receivables on a monthly basis
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• File preparations on monthly basis
• Supplier reconciliation
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Client statement and reconciliation
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of all statutory submissions and requirements.
