Senior Sous Chef – Polokwane
Responsibilities:
This is NOT a live-in position
We are looking for a strong Sous Chef: Train and motivate kitchen staff members, Manage the a la carte and banqueting pass on a daily basis, Create and maintain recipes, Daily meetings and handovers with staff, Staff rostering, Maintain and achieve food costing targets, Maintain and implement hygiene standards, Assist with monthly stock takes, Running and overseeing of the hotel breakfasts. Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a sous chef position in a 5 star environment.
